trapped nerve

I have a trapped nerve (or at least I think that’s what it is). It’s got something to do with the bits of my back that don’t work properly, the bones that crunch and move in weird directions, squishing my nerves and making stuff hurt. It’s like the pain I usually get in my back, only this time it’s in my right hip. I feel like I’m being given electric shocks through my hip and down the side of my leg and it won’t go away.

Any ideas?

Oh my, you poor thing. I hope everything works out alright with that. Try relaxing or taking a warm bath.

i’m sorry to hear about that, and i’m even sorrier i have no clue what to say about it. :/ it sounds like it’s uncomfortable (hm, way to go with stating the obvious, connie, haha), and i would really recommend going to the doctor’s. sometimes, they actually know what they’re doing. i hope it passes soon!

(PS: chicken is heavenly, and i’m jealous of the meal you had)

Don’t move? Or breathe?

Which probably wouldn’t work all too well. So, yeah. I suck at home remedies. Here’s to hoping you figure something out soon. You’re too cool to be in so much pain!

You may want to get that checked out, it really doesn’t sound good.

Hi Tanya!

I can’t believe you love Life AFter God too!!! Douglas Coupland is one of my favorite authors- have you read any of his other stuff? I also liked Girlfriend in a Coma and Hey! Nostradamus, Elenor Rigby was good too.

I think I have what you have but between my shoulder blades- it hurts and feels all pinched like and it makes a weird crunching noise when I push my shoulders back- gross I know. Sometimes a hot bath helps me but I think Sean is right, you may want to go to the doctor to have it checked out, I think I will too! :)
