I bought myself a present the other day. It’s that skirt, but with black ribbons instead of purple. I know I’m being lazy and should’ve taken a picture of MY skirt instead of using a pic off a website, but I promise I will have proper pictures soon. Possibly for Violently Beautiful. I’m feeling quite inspired by that skirt and have some interesting ideas. Watch this space.

Another recent purchase, more necessary and less frivolous, my yummy laptop cover. It’s made from this weird low resilience polyurethane that you can squish and poke and it absorbs the force (not in a Star Wars kind of way). It’s lots of fun to play with and it’s pink. And functional, obviously. Mine was from eBay but you can get yourself one here.

I have a meeting on Friday with the guys from The Leg to discuss an upcoming photography/video project with TroublePunk. Having listened to their thrash/experimental goodness on MySpace, I’m really looking forward to meeting them and planning some photographic/filmy insanity. Yes, moi, co-producing and co-directing a video. Should be an interesting experience for all involved (including Bambi Graves who is going to be the token beautiful nutter in the video and hopefully Ray-the-brilliant-film-guy who I’m waiting to hear back from)!
