The photos above are of Yelena Black, a gorgeous and talented model and actress from Glasgow. Yelena is big into sexy vampires and film and is currently combining the two passions and writing a film about sexy vampires (other films she’s been involved with have shown at festivals all over the world).

The amazing make-up in the photos was created by Rachel I, a Glasgow-based London-trained make-up artist with the steadiest hands I’ve ever seen. I was seriously in awe watching her doing Yelena’s lip liner as Yelena chatted on the phone.

It was really good fun to get stuck into some proper gore and nastiness, and I had a total kid-on-christmas-morning moment looking through Yelena’s huge bags of clothes. I think my favourite item of clothing was the big giant white net skirt…a perfect match for the angel wings.
